API 1608 Studio Desks

API 1608 Studio Desks are hand-constructed recording studio furniture made with strong cabinet grade hardwoods to create an elegant centerpiece for production workstations.

API 1608 Studio Desks are designed to house one (1) API 1608 audio mixer. Custom fader expander options are available. Choose from two (2) desktop rack configurations. Dual desktop rack configurations have optional continuous desktops or tiered desktop designs.

Configurations

One Desktop Rack

The basic configuration has one (1) six (6RU) Desktop Rack and one Producer Desk. Choice of side is available.

Two Desktop Racks

Add an optional second Desktop Rack for two Producer Desks on both the left and right sides of the workstation. Choice of tiered five (5RU) or flat six (6RU) desktop rack designs are available.

Desktop Racks

Tiered Rack Tops

The desktop rack(s) can be factory configured as five (5RU) rack space units, which creates a tiered platform design.

Continuous Rack Tops

Six (6RU) rack space desktop racks create a continuous design across the full length of the desk.

Options

Compatible Desk Supports

API 1608 desk support options include your choice of Slanted Wood Leg Supports (with no racks) or Straight 12RU Base Racks. Contact us for custom Mac Pro Rack and IsoBox™ desk support options.

Base Racks

Optional Twelve (12RU) desk support to expand the desk to up to thirty-six (36RU) rack unit spaces.

Fader Expander

API 1608 Studio Desks can be factory configured for API 1608 Audio Mixers with 12 Channel Fader Expander.

Custom Options

API 1608 Studio Desks can be customized to just about any specification.
